Immigration Deportation
I'm in the so call master hearing and wish to wrap my case solo. What are my chances of winning against the government and is there a way I could win?no felonies no crimminal background. nothing that would eliminate my chances of winning.

You will likely do much better with an immigration attorney - you may want to try www.aila.org for a listing of immigration attorneys in your area. A lack of criminal background is helpful, but does not give any right to remain in the US. You will need a legal basis to request to remain in the US.
