Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado

im a permanent for over 5 years and i would like to make my spouse a resident she lives here in the u.s.a illegal with me and i would like to now i can make her a resident and if the fact that i had a felony sealed from my record will affect the process? and if i should become a citizen first?

If you become a citizen, you can petition for your wife as an immdeiate relative.
If you file the petition now as an LPR, she will have to wait in line for an immigrant visa. Your criminal record will affect either case, so I suggest you meet with an immigration attorney before filing anything.
