How do I change from H2B status to a visa/application for permanent residency or extend my stay in USA?I would like to immigrate to USA asap to return to my fiance', who I cannot officially marry because we're both women. Any help appreciated.

You cannot change from H2B status to permanent residency without a qualifying sponsor. The process is too complex to explain in this reply. You should meet with an immigration attorney.
