Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado
I am from Latvia ( 40 ) , came to US in 2002 , overstayed my visitor visa , had kid here 2003 , been here since ,no crime . Is there anything in law to get permanent residence?

If you are not married to a US citizen, you may have to wait until your child turns 21 for her to file for you.
The DAPA program that is held up in court may provide you with a way to get a work card, but not permanent residency.
