Law
Incarcerated by ICE. Had a felony

Re: Law
Dear Inquirer:
You would need to contact a Canadian immigration attorney to answer this question.
I recommend that you email [email protected] or visit www.hanlonlawgroup.com if you would like to schedule an appointment for a confidential consultation to discuss this matter further.
Re: Law
This sounds like a complicated situation, and I'm not sure I can properly answer your question without knowing more. However, I can say that Canada is probably not a valid option.
I'd be happy to meet with you for a confidential consultation to see what (if anything) can be done to keep your family together.
