I am international student currently in the us with f1 visa and i have a question about civil union. i am a gay male and i got involed with a person. we both love each other. so my question is, if the civil union law for gay couples passes, will i be able to stay in the us?

Under US law as it currently stands, a same sex union will not provide immigration benefits.
