Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado
I got married in 2004, I was a permanent resident, when my wife tried to enter US with a turist visa, they took it away. She reentered US ilegally to be with me and stayed for almost 5 years. Got divorced and she went back to Mexico. I know she has a 10 year bar. Now I want to remarry her. Im now a UScitizen. Do I have to wait 10 years for her to be able to enter the US or is there a waive, will i be able to get it? Thank you so much I will apressiate it if I can get any information.

If you are ordered removed from the U.S. then you do incur a 10 year bar; however with a waiver evidencing extreme hardship to you, as you will be the qualifying relative; you can file to see whether your wife will be admitted into the U.S.
Feel free to contact me for a free consultation so I can go over what you would have to show in the waiver etc.
