Next month I will marry my Nepali fianc� in Nepal. After that, what do we need to do to get her a visa?

You need to file the form I-130 visa petition after you are married.
Several other forms and documents are required with it.
When approved (2 to 4 months later), the file is transferred to the NVC for processing of an immigrant visa. Additional fees and forms are then required.
