Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado
Naturalization
I Came to the U.S. 04-26-83
In 1996 I got a felony (Criminal attempt); NO jail time just had to pay restitution
No problems before and none after until last year did not stop on as flashing red light.
Is this going to affect me form getting my citizens ship?

Re: Naturalization
Any criminal conviction will affect your abulity to prove Good Moral Character, which is a condition of naturalization. You should meet with an immigration attorney to evaluate the case.
