Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado

where do i get pardon . i have a record

dear sirs:

removed from the states in 99 . i have a record consisting of:

1 assult in 92 judgement was in 94 6 months suspended jail sentence and two years probation

2 domestic violence cases in 97 and 98

my question is :

if i am to go to canada do i need pardon from usa or canada and what is the best way to deal with this situation ..either for going to canada or going to the states....thank you so much

Where are you? Of which country are you a citizen? What was your status in the states before you were removed? What was the basis of your removal? You receive pardons from the governor of the State in which you were convicted. I cannot answer about Canadian law. Please respond to me directly at the e-mail below.
