Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado

My parents are in the US in visitor visa. They want to stay here for more than 6 months to take care of my baby. Since, Nepal is granted TPS, if they apply TPS and get work permit, what will happen to their visa? If they go back to Nepal next year, will it be a problem to come back next time in remaining 5 yr multiple visa to US?

The visitor visa should not be affected if your parents apply for and/or receive TPS.
