Removal Proceedings
I'm facing removal proceedings and I wish to take some witnesses to testify on my behalf how do I let the Immigration judge and the District attorney know what I intend to do?

Re: Removal Proceedings
You must file a list of names, with addresses, with both the immigration court and the trial attorney. The list should be on paper commencing with the caption for your case. The filing must take ten days prior to your merits hearing. A certificate of service stating that you have provided a copy of the list to the trial attorney's address must also accompany the filing.

Have you already appeared for the Master Calendar?
If so, then the court should allow witnesses at the merits hearing, but you really need to confirm what the next hearing is for.
