My income for 2008 was not high enough, and the embassy asked for a co-sponsor. I do earn enough this year. I do not have anyone who can co sponsor my husband. Now what?

Dear Inquirer:
You may be able to use a schedule of your assets to meet the thresehold support level on the I-864 if youw income is not high enough and you cannot find a co-sponsor.
