Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado

co sponsor

My income for 2008 was not high enough, and the embassy asked for a co-sponsor. I do earn enough this year. I do not have anyone who can co sponsor my husband. Now what?

Dear Inquirer:

You may be able to use a schedule of your assets to meet the thresehold support level on the I-864 if youw income is not high enough and you cannot find a co-sponsor.

I recommend that you email us at [email protected] or visit www.hanlonlawgroup.com if you would like to schedule an appointment for a confidential consultation to discuss this matter further.
