TN visa
New TN visa issued to new contractor. Contract challenged
and now back to old for 30 days
/review. Can an individual work for old contractor at the same site with new visa identifing both contractor and site?

It is very unclear what the situation is. The general rule is that TN visa holder may only change his employer for a new branch or a new office location of the same company. If your new contractor and your old contractor are not the same company, you do need to apply for a new TN approval. Your old visa with an old contractor is not valid any longer.
