Legal Question in Immigration Law in Colorado
I will like to know if I can file a form I-601 waiver pending my interview with my wife for adjustment of status because I have a 10 year bar from voluntary departure since 2000, but I never left. I have my case on appeal to the circuit court for final removal order pending. Just got married to my LPR and she petitioned for me last month.
Thanks

I see no reason why USCIS would not accept an I-601 application, but it may not be necessary if you never triggered the 10 year bar by leaving the U.S.
Who is handing your petition for review in the Circuit Court?
