Legal Question in Insurance Law in Colorado
Settlement question
We have several life insurance policies that have ben involved in a class action law suit for several years. They are now in the process of appeals being dismissed. We are being offered a ''free settlement death benefit''. What is that? Do our heirs received extra funds when we die? Is it taxable? Or should we look at other options for a settlement?

Re: Settlement question
If you are involved in a class action lawsuit you must have a lawyer. Ask that lawyer.
