Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Colorado
my friend gave me a anklet as a gift but we are no longer friends becuase of something that she did and now she wants it back or she wants me to pay five dollars for it just so she can give it to another friend to rub it in my face my question is legally does she have the right to take it back if it was a gift to me?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. Gifts are exactly that - gifts. Just because they're given when friends and the friendship ends, doesn't mean the gift status revokes. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
