Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Colorado
Hi my question is regarding a ex relationship, we haven't been in touch. I was told by my ex not to email her, yet a did because I needed answers and she reply. I was told that I was going to be sue for harrasing her but nothing happen. Now she send a nasty letter to my employer regarding our situation, and my employers has nothing to do with what's going on and I was even told, to be careful and not talk to her, something I haven't been doing. Is there anything I can do regarding her contacting my employer and talking about something like this? or is ok

You need a lawyer to represent you. You should take this matter to a criminal attorney, who can help you to get a restraining order against your ex which would prevent her from harassing you any further. Your lawyer may be able to help in other ways, too; talk with him or her to determine your options. Make sure you have the timeline written out so you can give it to your lawyer.
