Selling idea

Need ''how to'' advise re: taking idea/concept for a national food chain to the Estate of deceased doctor / author / diet publisher. Need assistance for comparing pros and cons of selling idea vs. entering into partnership with the estate with rights to use its name in the chains name and ask for financial backing to carry concept to the market. Need referrals for experienced attorney and negotiator. Estate located outside Colorado.
