Legal Question in Employment Law in Colorado
Some of us were advised that we would no longer be exempt employees because of the outcome of the Hewitt and AT&T lawsuits for overtime pay. If our employer feels like they need to change us to non-exempt, should we file a lawsuit for the overtime pay that we never received because of being exempt?
Side note - other employees with the same exact duties were left at exempt status
