Is an attorney in Colorado required to supply a computer for her assistant to use at the office?

An employer, attorney or otherwise, is not required to provide a computer to an employee as part of their employment, unless this is required as a reasonable accommodation under state or federal law (such as under the Americans with Disabilities Act).
