Legal Question in Employment Law in Colorado

In Colorado, if someone leaves (was fired, wrongfully) a workout gym as an aerobic instructor and invites some of the members to go to the other gym with them. How much trouble can they get in. There was a contract signed stating that would not happen. Please let me know what we might be in for on this one.
