Employer hiring
If you have one DUI conviction, can a potential employer disqualify you based on the one conviction?

You haven't given me much to work with here, so my answer is also brief. It all depends on whether driving/having a good driving record is a bona fide qualification for the job. A clean criminal history may also be required for other types of jobs (non-driving)- say for instance, a job that requires a security clearance. A DUI can be a legitimate disqualifier, but I don't know enough about your situation to be able to evaluate the situation furhter than that.
