Can an employee be fired due to a personallity test.

Generally, an at-will employee can be fired at any time for almost any reason, including the result of a "personality test". However, if the personality test touches on issues such as race, age, gender, disability or sexual orientation, and those issues become the reason for the termination, then the termination may become actionable.
