Legal Question in Employment Law in Colorado

i live in the USA and i just had a letter from my ex employer that i quit without notice so they are suing me for training

i had a bad working environment.

i was given 3 hours a week as a part time.

and they wanted me to use their stuff that are worth more than my monthly check.

do they have a right to sue me

or do i have a claim in this

please help

You can always be sued. The question is what are the chances that they will win their suit. To answer that question you would have to provide an attorney many more facts and all documentation. The primary issue here is whether you had an agreement that makes you liable to repay their training costs if you quit before a certain time. You don't discuss that at all.
