Legal Question in Employment Law in Colorado
Pay reduction
Is it legal for a company to lower your wages from when you're working in-house to when you go on the road? ie: A driver for a pizza place makes $7/hr while they are in the store, when they clock out on a run their pay drops to say $3/hr. Is this legal?
