Legal Question in Employment Law in Colorado

Now I am NOT qualified??

My supervisor has requested that I become a full time screener and was told by the Director that I am not qualified to do screening and doesn't want me screening at all. I have been screening for 5 years and it has been a job duty in my job description all along. Is there anything I can do about this?

I would love to answer your question, but you haven't provided enough information. What is a "screener"? Who is "the Director"? Are there any kinds of licenses or other qualifications you need in order to be qualified as a screener? Please provide more detailed information, and I will try to answer your question.
