Legal Question in Employment Law in Colorado
Is there a way to sue or go after former employees who go after existing companies?
1 Answer from Attorneys
By going after existing companies do you mean they are competing against you and your clients are now going to them? Did you have a nonsolicitation or noncompetition agreement with these former employees? Are these employees using trade secrets (did you have a trade secret policy in place)?
If you dont have agreements and trade secret policies, your options are limited. You need to contact an attorney to discuss this matter and protect your business. Good luck.
