Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Colorado

My apartment is working with a towing company for parking. The towing company requires registration and a parking permit for $30/year. Nothing in my lease notes that this will happen or that I will be charged with a fee. Is this legal?

It depends on how and whether parking is addressed in your lease, but unless your right to use the lot without a charge is outlined in your lease it sounds legal.
