I'm tring to buy a house in Oklahoma and it is on my credit report. Can he charge me for home improvment when I paid a damage deposit that was not refunded? I did not damage the home at all. How do i get it off my credit report?

Re: Court Judgement
Morning,
I have no idea what you mean about appealing within 330 days. In Colorado you must appeal in 45 days from date of judgment. You could move for post trial motions, but even those may be too late.
You need to talk to an attorney and provide all the materials and court documents.
