Court Judgement

I rented in colorado my rent was 700.00 a month plus 700.00 damage deposit i lived there for one year when my lease was up he raised my rent to 1200.00 I moved he did 10,000.00 in home improvements and sold the house. He filled a judgement on me in court I filled a appel with in the 330 days I never heard from the court on a day or time. I was not given due prosess. I'm tring to buy a house in Oklahoma and it is on my credit report. Can he charge me for home improvment when I paid a damage deposit that was not refunded? I did not damage the home at all. How do i get it off my credit report?

Morning,

I have no idea what you mean about appealing within 330 days. In Colorado you must appeal in 45 days from date of judgment. You could move for post trial motions, but even those may be too late.

You need to talk to an attorney and provide all the materials and court documents.
