I live in subsidizing housing, month to month lease without a lease. The landlords posted a Notice of termination letter (not a court eviction notice) because of continual destruction of property and gave me 30 days to vacate. It's been 2 weeks and now they are trying to give me a 3 day notice to vacate because of disrupting neighbors.
Can my landlord evict me without a lease or a proper court eviction notice?

No, the court notice will come next. The 3 day notice is just the first step. After the three days, the landlord can proceed to court.
