Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Colorado

loud neighbors

I have lived in my apartment for 4 and a half months and my neighbor next door plays his music pretty loud that wakes me up and can't watch tv ect... He has loud sex and bangs the bed against our bedroom wall in the middle of night (1am-5am mostly during these hours). I have called the apartment staff, coporate office, customer service, police, security guards and NOTHING is being done about it. We have tried talking to the guy, offering to move everything but it is still going on EVERYDAY and I can't deal with it anymore.

The next time your neighbor is loud after 10pm, you should call the police and report a disturbance of the peace and/or noise ordinance violation. (Most noise ordinances are effective only after 10pm.) If this doesn't work, and your landlord refuses to fix the problem, you can file a claim against your landlord for breach of warranty.
