What are my rights when lease breached due to loss of Job?

I signed a lease in August of 2003 this lease was not notarized. I currently am not working due to loss of Job. What are my rights if I have any?

Your rights(and obligations) are spelled out in the lease. If a job loss has made it difficult for you to fullfill these obligations, you should discuss this issue with the landlord to determine whether some temporary accommodation can be made for your situation.
