Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Colorado
roommates and agreements
after no longer living with ex roommates, they have decided that after sub-letting half of the apartment they originally signed with another party who moved out in march 2007, that we are to pay over $700 in bogus charges. My girlfriend and i signed a ''housing agreement'' which states the lease ended on 10-31-07 11:59:59 pm, and i don't feel their charges are correct.

Re: roommates and agreements
I'm having a hard time understanding your question, but I think what happened is that your ex-roomates have asked you to pay $700 for items you don't feel are legitimate. If so, you should write a careful letter to your ex-roomates explaining why you don't think the charges are legitimate. Be sure that you also get any response from them in writing.
