Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Colorado

Termination of Lease

My question is this: I had a mgmt. company handeling my property in colo. When the tenants had a direct tv dish hooked up they had the existing dish removed from the property. I was then billed 322.00 for not returning the equip. Is it my responsibility or not? Also when I returned the deposit to the tenants I only deducted 161.00 which is only 1/2 of what I owed. The tenants broke the lease 1 mo. eartly. Wondering what the protocol is in a situation like this?

Thanks

You need to contact a Colorado attorney, as all of these questions hinge on Colorado and not California law. Sorry I can't help you.
