Colorado Corporate Lawa
I am the director of a 501(c)3 in the state of Colorado. Can another intentity hire me, use my company name, as an employee and not include my company as a third party contracto?

You're questions doesn't make sense to me...the part about using your name. You should probably consult with an attorney to make sure you aren't missing some bigger problems.

It is possible that you can be hired in your individual capacity. However, as to using your company name without including it as a third party contractor might create legal complications. Why not engage a counsel of your own choice at this point so that he/she can advise and guide you accordingly.
