What agency overlooks the county court judges? Where does one file a complaint agianst a judge in the county courts for ElPaso County? Also after notifying the Mayor of the improprities by the local police dept pending their investigation what agency does one make notice of the circomstances pertaining to the local police dept.

Contact the Clerk of the CO Supreme Court concerning complaints against the judiciary;

Contact the FBI to lodge a civil rights complaint against local law enforcement.
