In the paper work you received from the Air Force Board you should find your appeal options and the time limits for doing so. You have the alternative of filing an Appeal with the Board for the Correction of Military Records. You can also request relief from the Office of Air Force Judge Advocate General. As a general rule you must exhaust all administrative remedies prior to filing an action in Federal District Court. You should contact an attorney immediately, and your local JAG Office will have a listing of reserve JAG attorney's, such as myself, who should be able to help you.

This is outside our area of expertise. If you are active military, the JAG office will have those procedures. If you are not, then you will need to research federal law for the correct procedures. Be aware there will be short time limits, so you should be in action immediately.
