Legal Question in Military Law in Colorado
Possible inequitable discharge coming..
I currently have over 5 years active duty with the Army and looking at a possible inequitable discharge because of a mistake I made. Should I fight for an Honorable discharge eventhough my unit wants to give me a General-UHC?

Re: Possible inequitable discharge coming..
Every week on here there are at least 10 people who now that 10 years has gone by want to get their discharges upgraded. While it sometimes can be done, it very often cannot be.
I would urge you to fight this tooth and nail and hold out for an honorable discharge. If you get something less than that, you'll lose your benefits, etc.
