A simple misdemeanor DUI is not an extraditable offense.

If there were multiple prior convictions or a collision in which someone was injured, the charge could rise to the level of a felony. A felony IS an extraditable offense.

Native Americans residing on a recognized reservation are usually immune from extradation to state court while on the res, but are subject to arrest when they are off the res.
