Legal Question in Personal Injury in Colorado
Cut hand at restaurant
While at a restaurant a person ''cheers'' cling a glass together with another and the glass broke in there hand. Now this person has to undergo surgery to repair a cut tendon.
Would the restaurant be at fault since it was there glass that broke.
Is there any action that should be taken?

Yes, you should either cut back on your weight-lifting program, or switch to titanium steel wine glasses.
Apart from that, I see no credible claim against the restaurant. Another lawyer may see it differently.
Good luck.
