Legal Question in Personal Injury in Colorado

Vandalism

Our home was vandalized by 4 girls all staying the night at 1 of the girls home. We now have to remove and replace our driveway that was stained by the act. Who should be named in the small claims suit? The parents hosting the party and the daughter or all of the parents and all of the girls?

Why not Billy Barty and Herve Villachaise?

You have to remove and replace a driveway because of a stain? That must be some stain. Name everybody, including the girls' schoolteachers going back to pre-school, and let God (or the judge) sort 'em out.
