Legal Question in Personal Injury in Colorado
we won a judgement for my personal injury case..how long do I have to wait for lawyer to pay me my money?

I am uncertain whether you are referring to your attorney or the attorney who was representing the at-fault or negligent party? If you are referring to your attorney, he/she should disburse your proceeds immediately after receipt from the at-fault party or his/her insurance company. If you are referring to the attorney who was representing the at-fault or negligent party, you should ask that attorney for payment right away. If the attorney's client (the judgment debtor) refuses to pay, you may have to have the judgment debtor appear for a deposition to answer questions under oath about his/her assets available to satisfy your judgment. Good Luck!
