Legal Question in Product Liability in Colorado
used car purchased from an individual
I recently purchased a car from an individual. I have had the car for 6 days but the title was not signed until 3 days ago. This morning the cars drive shaft fell off. Do I have any way of returning the car or any right to ask that the seller pay for the repairs?

You have the right to ask; the seller has the right to refuse.
