Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Colorado

my apartment complex is trying to charge me 15.00 for a posting fee saying my rent was late i get paid on the tenth of each month and cant pay till then so by the 6th they say the rent is late and put a note on the door also adding 15.00 but this is not stated on the lease that they can charge 15.00 to post a note saying its late. All the other late fees are specified on the lease but this one so can they make me pay that 15.00?
