Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Colorado
Do I need an attorney to buy a condo in denver or can we review documents ourselves
1 Answer from Attorneys
My view as both an attorney and someone who has purchased and sold dozens of properties is this: buying your residence (condo) is likely the biggest investment you'll make (in the short run, at least) and therefore you are always well-advised to consult professionals and trades-persons to assist you (attorney, home inspector, and the like). I offer a flat fee (so long as i am not required to examine the property, travel, or conduct meetings) for the service of reviewing all documents, commenting and advising thereon, and answering your questions (reasonably). The pricing in Denver has been $450.00 paid in advance. James Greer. [email protected]. CO OFFICE: 1942 Broadway, Ste. 314, Boulder CO 80302
