Name on Deed not on Mortgage

I want to sell a home that has me and my x girlfriend on the deed, but only she on mortgage she put 60% down and me the rest. Am I entitled to 1/2 the proceeds of the home sale?

You need to come to an agreement with the x. Unless you have a joint tenancy agreement that allocates the parties respective rights and portion, it will be left to mutual agreement.

If you cannot come to an agreement on the allocation or even selling the house, then you will need to file a partition action. Good luck, as this is a complex area.
