I need a ProBono attorney!! Please help.My home is being foreclosed on because of a honest mistake. I have an adjustable mortgage. I was on a 6 month agreement with HomEq and I met the agreement. After the 6 month my mortgage would drop to a 5% intrest rate the past due payments would go to the back of the loan. I received the agreement and gave the signed papers and gave the papers to my very ill spouse to mail them and he sent the copies instead of the originals, so HomEq states that because of that mistake the agreement is no longer valid.
